Access Profiles grant users access to specific services, processes, and accounts within CitiDirect. The Access Profile Summary Form contains tabs associated with creating, modifying, authorizing, and viewing access profiles.
Input: To create new access profiles and modify or view the details of existing access profiles.
Authorization Req'd: To view a list of access profiles requiring authorization and select access profiles to authorize. Due to CitiDirect's maker-checker functionality, this form does not list any access profiles that were created by the user currently logged on to CitiDirect.
View: To view a list of all the access profiles, regardless of status.
Notes:
To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form. For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.
To view differences between previously processed records and subsequent modified records, click View Changes. The Compare Changes dialog box appears. Note: This button is only enabled if the state of the record is either Authorization Required State or, Repair Required State.
To print the information for the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and click Print.
To view errors messages, select a profile, click Other Options, and then click View Error Messages.
