Client Preference Criteria for Payments

You may specify your client preference criteria for payments forms for the following:

Default Subsidiary Identifier

  • If the Subsidiary Identifier is set to "Yes" and multiples exist for a client preference, the user will be allowed to select a default subsidiary identifier. The data will be auto-filled on all Payments Detail forms.

  • If client preference is set to "No" and a user sets a Default Subsidiary Identifier, when the user clicks on SUBMIT a validation error message will be displayed.

  • If the Subsidiary Identifier client preference is set to "Yes" and multiples do NOT exist, the user will be permitted to select a Default Subsidiary Identifier from the Default Subsidiary Identifier lookup, but will receive a validation error message on SUBMIT. The library lookup will display the Subsidiary Identifier, Name and Address information.

For WorldLink On-Site Cheque, this preference will allow  the client to set the initial printable status for all users.  Select from "Authorization Req'd," "Purchase FX," Release Req'd," or "Verification Req'd."
