Click Preferences, which is located at the bottom of the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click Customizer. The Customizer Form appears. The Current Menu list box on the left contains all categories and service classes available to you based on your assigned Solution Packages and Access Profiles. If a custom menu has not been created, the Custom Menu list box on the right is empty. If you have created a custom menu, your previous selections are listed.
Click in the list below for procedures. To close the procedure list, click a second time.
To clear the current Custom Menu
If you have already created a custom menu, the Custom Menu list box contains your previous selections.
To deselect a list box that is highlighted, click Clear. The list box is no longer highlighted.
To add a new folder to your Custom Menu
You may add folders individually, or you may add folders within existing folders, categories, or service classes.
From the Custom Menu list box, click Add Folder. The New Folder dialog box appears.
In the Folder Name field, enter a name for the new folder.
Click OK. The new folder appears in the Custom Menu list box.
Notes:
If you want to add a folder to an existing folder, category, or service class, select it first and then click Add Folder.
The new folder is inserted within the selected item. Click the plus sign (+) to ensure that the folder has been added.
To add a CitiDirect category or service class to your Custom Menu
From the Current Menu list box, find the category or service class you want to add to your custom menu. Note: Click the plus sign (+) to the left of a category to see all of the service classes included in that category.
Select the category or service class you want to add and click Add to Custom Menu. You may add an entire category or individual service classes. To select more than one category or service class, hold the CTRL key as you click to select each item. The selected service class or category appears in the Custom Menu list box.

If you want to add the service class or category to a category or folder in that is already listed on your custom menu, ensure that the category or folder is visible and drag the service class or category to the custom menu. Do not release your mouse button until it is positioned directly on the destination category of folder. Note: Click the plus sign (+) to the left of the destination folder or category to ensure that the category or service class was added.
To rename items in your Custom Menu
From the Custom Menu list box, select the item (category, folder, or service class) you want to rename.
Click Rename. The Rename dialog box appears.
In the Please enter a new name field, enter the new name for the item and click OK. The new name appears in the Custom Menu list box.
To remove a category or folder and its contents from your Custom Menu
From the Custom Menu list box, select the category or folder that you want to remove.
Click Cut.
Note: You will not see a confirmation message.
To remove an item (service class or folder) from a category or folder
From the Custom Menu list box, click the plus sign (+) to the left of the category or folder containing the item you want to remove.
Select the item to remove. To select more than one item to remove, hold the CTRL key as you click each item.
Click Cut.
Note: You will not see a confirmation message.
To move an item (service class or folder) to another category or folder
From the Custom Menu list box, find the category or service class you want to move. Note: If necessary, click the plus sign (+) to the left of a category or folder to locate the item.
Select the item to move. To select more than one item to move, hold the CTRL key as you select each item.
Click Cut.
Select the destination folder or category and then click Paste. Note: If you have moved the item to a new folder or a single service class, a plus sign (+) now appears to its left.
To clear your current selections and return to your previous Custom Menu
Click Reset. Your previous custom menu selections appear.
To save your Custom Menu and view your new navigation bar
Review the Custom Menu list box for accuracy.
Click Submit.
From the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Preferences, and then click My Preferences. The My Preferences Summary Form appears.
If it is not already selected in the Service Class field, click the drop-down arrow and select Global.
In the Please select from the available Preference criteria list box, if necessary click the plus sign (+) to the left of Otherto expand the available criteria list.
Click Default Menu Options. The Criteria for Default Menu Options dialog box appears.
Click Custom and then click OK. The My Preferences Summary Form appears.
From the My Preferences Summary Form, click Submit. Your request is processed.
Close your CitiDirect browser, restart CitiDirect, and log on. Your Custom Menu appears. Note: Inbox and Customer Support will always appear, regardless of your selected menu.
To change back to the Default Menu
From the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Preferences, and then click My Preferences. The My Preferences Summary Form appears.
If it is not already selected in the Service Class field, click the drop-down arrow and select Global.
In the Please select from the available Preference criteria list box, if necessary click the plus sign (+) to the left of Other to expand the available criteria list.
Click Default Menu Options. The Criteria for Default Menu Options dialog box appears.
Click Default and then click OK. The My Preferences Summary Form appears.
From the My Preferences Summary Form, click Submit. Your request is processed.
Close your CitiDirect browser, restart CitiDirect, and log on. The Default Menu appears.
