To view the details of a direct debit instruction

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar click Receivables Collections.  The Receivables Collections Summary Form appears.

2. Click the View Tab.  All direct debit instructions, regardless of status, that you are entitled to view appear.

3. Select the instructions that you want to view.  To select multiple instructions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual instructions that are not sequential.

4. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected direct debit instruction appears.

5. Review the details of the transaction.

6. If multiple instructions were selected, click Next to view the details of the next selected transaction.  When this form contains the details of the last selected transaction, click Next to return to the summary form.
