Receivables Preformat Library:  Input Tab

The Receivables Preformat Library:  Input Tab lists information about existing receivable preformats.  Use this tab to add new preformats to the Receivables Preformat Library, or to modify, repair, delete and view detailed information for existing preformats.

CitiDirect allows you to create three different types of preformats: Full - Limited Modifications, Payer, and Fully Modifiable Template.

What would you like to do?

• Create a new receivables preformat library profile

• Delete selected receivables preformat library profiles

• Modify or repair an existing receivables preformat library profile

• Select a receivables preformat library profile and view detailed information

• Search or Sort the library list to find a receivables preformat library profile

• Print a summary list of receivables preformat library profiles

Notes: 

• Profiles in this library are private and maintained by you.

• To refresh the list of profiles with the most recent data, click Other Options, and then click Update Screen.
