To view existing or enter new comments for a mandate

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Direct Debit Mandate.  The Direct Debit Mandate Summary Form appears.

  2. From any tab on the Direct Debit Mandate Summary Form, select a service request.  When reviewing request history, requests must be selected individually.

  3. Click Other Options and then click Comments.  The Comments dialog box, listing any existing comments for the selected mandate, appears.

  4. To attach a new comment to the selected service request, click in the text field and type a comment.

  5. Click OK.
