On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Direct Debit Mandate. The Direct Debit Mandate Summary Form appears.
Click the Repair Req'd Tab. All mandates requiring repair are listed.
Select the mandate you want to repair. To select multiple mandates, drag down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The Direct Debit Mandate Detail Form containing the details of the first selected mandate appears.
Click Other Options and then click View Error Messages to review any error messages that are attached to the mandate.
Make any changes needed to repair the mandate.
Click Submit. The mandate moves to the next step in the process as defined by the Flow Control requirements. If multiple mandates were selected, the details of the next selected mandate appear.

If you do not want to repair the current mandate, click Next to review the details of the next selected mandate.
Repeat steps 5 through 7 until all mandates have been repaired. When the details form contains the details of the last selected mandate, click Next or Submit to return to the Repair Req'd Tab.
Notes:
To delete a direct debit mandate while on the Direct Debit Mandates Detail Form, click Delete. The details of the next selected mandate appear.
