To view direct debit mandate details

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Direct Debit Mandate.  The Direct Debit Mandate Summary Form appears.

2. Click the View Tab.  All mandates that you are entitled to see are listed, regardless of status.

3. Select the mandate for which you want to view the details.  To select multiple mandates, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual mandates that are not sequential.

4. Click Go to Details.  The Direct Debit Mandate Detail Form containing the details of the first selected mandate appears.

5. If you selected multiple mandates, click Next.  The details of the next mandate selected on the summary form appears.  When this form contains the details of the last selected mandate, click Next to return to the summary form.
