Asia Direct Debits Inquiry:  Status History Tab

The Status History Tab is used to view the status history of direct debits selected on the Asia Direct Debits Inquiry:  Summary Tab.  The following information for the first selected Asia Direct Debit appears.

Click on an underlined term for a description:

• Receiving Branch Number

• Receiving Branch Name

• Receiving Account Number

• Receiving Account Name

• Subscriber ID

• Subscriber Name

• Subscriber Address

• Payment Amount

• Payment Currency

• Paying Bank Account Name

• Paying Bank Account Number

• Paying Bank Name

• Paying Bank Branch Code

• Invoice Number

• Active Debit Status

• Further Status Information

• Value Date

• Release Date

• Payment Details

Notes:

• The Value Date can not fall on a holiday.

• To view the details for the next Asia Direct Debit selected on the Summary Tab, click Next.  When this tab contains the details of the last selected Asia Direct Debit, click Next to return to the Asia Direct Debits Inquiry:  Summary Tab.

• To view the historical status details, select records from the summary form and then click Go to Details.  The Asia Direct Debit Inquiry:  Status Details Tab appears.

• To return to the Asia Direct Debits Inquiry:  Summary Tab, click Return to Summary.

• To print the details of the current Asia Direct Debit, click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
