To access Collection Items Services, click Collection Items Services on the CitiDirect navigation bar. The Collection Items Services Summary Form appears.
From any tab on the Collection Items Services Summary Form, select a service transaction. When reviewing transaction history, transactions must be selected individually.
Click Other Options, and then click Transaction History. The Transaction History dialog box, containing the state and status of the selected amendment, appears.
Review the request history and click OK to close the dialog box.
Note:
States are displayed in ascending order, reflecting the entire request life cycle, first state through last.
