The Direct Debits Services Summary form contains tabs associated with initiating, authorizing, deleting and viewing service request for direct debit mandates, and direct debit instructions.
Input/Modify: Create a new service transaction or modify or delete details of an existing service transaction.
Authorization Req'd: View a list of all service transactions requiring authorization and authorize selected service transactions.
View: View the details of a service transaction, regardless of status.
Notes:
The availability of tabs vary based on your Access Profile.
To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form. For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.
To print the information for the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and click Print.
