You can perform a variety of functions in relation to a summary form by clicking the Other Options button. A pop-up menu displays a set of optional actions available. These actions are outlined below.
To make it easy to find information on summary forms and Library Look-Up lists, CitiDirect provides the Search Definition dialog box. Use this dialog box to enter search criteria to find specific transactions, filter data to limit the number of transactions displayed, and to sort summary lists so that they appear in an order that suits your needs.
To begin a search, click Other Options, and then select Search from the menu.
To refresh the summary list with the most recent data, click Other Options and then click Update Screen.
To view error messages associated with a transaction, click Other Options and then click View Error Messages. The View Error Messages dialog box appears. Review any errors and click OK to close the dialog box.
Note:
This action is not available if the selected transaction does not have any error messages associated with it.
From a summary form, select the transaction you want to include in your summary list. To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Other Options and then click Print. A summary list of the selected transactions, including column headings, is printed.

Click Other Options, and select ViewTotals. The View Totals dialog box appears.
Review the totals and click OK.
Notes:
This action is not available on the Verification Req'd summary form.
Totals are grouped by currency type.
Click Other Options, and then click View Transaction History. The View Transaction History dialog box, containing a list of actions undergone by the selected transaction, appears. Each action is listed with its date/time and the user name of the person who performed the action.
Click OK or Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the summary form.
Notes:
When viewing transaction histories, each transaction must be selected individually.
To print the transaction history, click Print in the View Transaction History dialog box.
Click Other Options and then click Enter/View Comments. The Comments dialog box, listing any existing comments for the selected transaction, appears.
To attach a new comment to the selected transaction, click in the text field and type a comment.
Click OK or click Cancel to return to the summary form.
Notes:
When entering or viewing comments, each transaction must be selected individually.
Comments are cumulative. Ten comments of up to 100 characters are stored, along with the name of the person who entered the comment.
