To access DTVM/RM Investment Transfer, click DTVM/RM Investment Transfer on the CitiDirect navigation bar. The DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Detail Form appears.
In the Debit Account Number / Currency / Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select the account number from which you are debiting funds.
In the Investment Type field, click the drop-down arrow and select either DTVM Investment Transfer or RM Investment Transfer.
The Investment Account field is automatically populated based on the Investment Type that you selected in step 3.
In the Transfer Date field, enter the transfer date manually or click the drop-down arrow to select the desired date using the date spinner. Note: The Transfer Date defaults to the earliest, valid transfer date.
In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount to be transferred. Note: The accumulated sum for each Investment Type Transfer Amount cannot exceed the value for all DTVM/RM accounts allowed in Brazil.
In the Customer Reference Number field, enter any identification number assigned to this transaction within your organization.
Click Submit. A confirmation dialog box appears.
Click OK. The transaction is submitted for validation.
Notes:
Click Clear to remove data from all fields.
Click Go to Summary to reach the summary page without saving this transaction.
To print the details of this transaction, click Other Options and then click Print.
