To delete a DTVM/RM Investment Transfer

From the DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Summary Form:

1. To access DTVM/RM Investment Transfer, click DTVM/RM Investment Transfer on the CitiDirect navigation bar.  The DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Detail Form appears.

2. Click Go to Summary.  The DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Summary Form appears.

3. Select the transfer that you want to delete.  To select multiple transfers, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold down the CTRL key as you select lines that are not sequential.

4. Click Delete.  An Enter a Reason dialog box appears. 

5. Enter the reason the transfer must be deleted.  Note:  You must enter the same reason for all selected transfers. If different reasons apply, delete transfers from the DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Detail Form.

6. Click OK.  The transfer is deleted.

From the DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Detail Form:

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click DTVM/RM Investment Transfer.  The DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Detail Form appears.

2. Click Go to Summary.  The DTVM/RM Investment Transfer Summary Form appears.

3. Select the transfer that you want to delete.  To select multiple transfers, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold down the CTRL key as you select lines that are not sequential.

4. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected transfer appear.

5. Click Delete.   An Enter a Reason dialog box appears.

6. Enter the reason why the transfer must be deleted.

7. Click OK.  The transfer is deleted.  If multiple transfers were selected, the next selected transfer appears.

8. Repeat steps 5-7 for all selected transfers.
