To create a Scheduled Available Balance notification subscription

The Scheduled Available Balance notification informs you of the available balance at a given, scheduled time for a specified account.

  1. Click the Account Tab and select Scheduled Available Balance from the Create/Edit drop-down menu.

  2. Click Create Subscriptions.  Search criteria fields appear in the Create New Notification Subscriptions for:  Scheduled Available Balance section.

  3. Enter search criteria to find account numbers and click Run Search.  Note:  To see a list of all account numbers to which you are entitled, leave the search criteria fields empty.  All account numbers matching your search criteria appear in the Search Results section.

  4. Select one or more check boxes to the left of the appropriate account number(s).

  5. Enter a unique Notification Name.  Note:  This is optional.

  6. Enter values in the Greater Than or Equal To and/or Less Than or Equal To fields.  Note:  A value MUST be entered in at least one field.

  7. Use the drop-down arrows to select whether this notification is to be sent daily or every week on a particular day of the week, and at what time (hour and minutes, Eastern Standard Time).

  8. For each account number, select the check boxes to the left of your available delivery channels to indicate how you would like to receive this notification.  Note:  Regardless of the delivery channels selected, all notifications are also posted to our Web site at www.citidirect.com.

  9. Click Submit.  Your selected notification subscriptions appear in the My Subscriptions for:  Scheduled Available Balance section.  When the registration and subscription information is successfully processed, a confirmation of service message appears in the Notification History section of our Web site at www.citidirect.com.
