The Specified Automated File and Report Delivery Schedule notification informs you of unsuccessful scheduled report, file import, or file export deliveries that you specify.
On the Automated File and Report Tab, click the Specified Automated File and Report Delivery Schedule hyperlink.
Click Create Subscriptions. Search criteria fields appear in the Create New Notification Subscriptions for: Specified Automated File and Report Delivery Schedule section.
Enter search criteria to select the accounts and click Run Search. Note: To see a list of all accounts to which you are entitled, leave the search criteria fields empty. All account numbers matching your search criteria appear in the Search Results section.
Select one or more check boxes to the left of the appropriate schedule names.
Enter a unique Notification Name. This is optional.
For each account number, select the check boxes to the left of your available delivery channels to indicate how you would like to receive this notification. Note: Regardless of the delivery channels selected, all notifications are also posted to our Web site at www.citidirect.com.
Click Submit. Your selected notification subscriptions appear in the My Subscriptions for: Specified Automated File and Report Delivery Schedule section. When the registration and subscription information is successfully processed, a confirmation of service message appears in the Notification History section of our Web site at www.citidirect.com.
