To view activity history of a Balance & Funding notification subscription

1. On the Notifications tab of the CitiDirect® Online Banking website, click Balance & Funding.  The Account Summary page appears.

2. Enter search criteria to find account numbers and click Search.  Note:  To see a list of all account numbers to which you are entitled, leave the search criteria fields empty.  All account numbers matching your search criteria appear at the bottom of the Account Summary page.

3. Click View Activity History to view disbursement notification activity history for an account.  The Activity History dialog box appears.  Note:  The Activity History dialog box displays the 100 most recent activities for the subscription.  Click View All to display all activities from the last 60 days.

4. Click View to view detailed disbursement notification activity history for an account.  The Controlled Disbursement Notification dialog box appears.

Click View All to view detailed disbursement notification activity history for all accounts.  The Controlled Disbursement Notification dialog box appears.

Notes:

• To print details of a dialog box, click Print.

• To close the Controlled Disbursement Notification dialog box and return to activity history box, click Return to Activity History.

• To close the Activity History dialog box, click Close.
