The Registration Form appears the first time you click Ready to sign up for CitiDirect Notification? Click here. on the Notifications Tab. If you leave the delivery channels fields blank and click Submit, you are registered and your notifications appear on our Web site at www.citidirect.com.
If you want to receive your Event Notifications via e-mail enter you E-Mail address. The E-mail 1 field is auto-populated by CitiDirect if an e-mail address has been provided in your CitiDirect User Profile. E-mail fields cannot exceed 60 characters.
If you want to receive Event Notifications via fax, enter your fax number in the Fax 1 field. Note: The fax delivery channel is not available for Automated File and Report Delivery exceptions.
If you want to receive your Event Notifications via BlackBerry™, PDAs, pager, and cell phones, enter your number in the Mobile 1 field. Contact your mobile service provider if you do not know your complete mobile number or if you are not sure if your phone is e-mail enabled.
To add additional addresses, click Need more addesses? and additional fields will be provided, such as E-mail 2, Fax 2, and Mobile 2.
For Account Notifications only: select the Send Account Familiar Name with Notifications when applicable. check box if you would like the account familiar name included in the text of the notification message. Note: The account familiar name is not encrypted. If you do not select the check box, only the masked account number is included.
Select the I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions for the CitiDirect® Online Banking Notifications service. check box to activate and proceed with registering for receiving event notifications. Note: If this box is not selected, event notification will not be activated.
Click Submit. A registration confirmation page appears to confirm that the CitiDirect Notifications Profile has been set up and activated.
Click Set up Subscriptions to begin setting up event notification subscriptions.
