The Import Bills notification informs you when an action related to an import bill occurs. You can specify the type of action and the customer base number.
Click the Trade Tab and select Import Bills from the Create/Edit drop-down menu.
Click Create Subscriptions. Search criteria fields appear in the Create New Notification Subscriptions for: Import Bills section.
Enter search criteria to find customer base numbers and click Run Search. To see a list of all customer base numbers to which you are entitled, leave the search criteria fields empty. All customer base numbers matching your search criteria appear in the Search Results section.
Select one or more check boxes to the left of the appropriate customer base numbers.
Enter a unique Notification Name. This is optional.
The Notification Type defaults to All. If you want to be notified about specific actions, click the drop-down arrow and select Established, Accepted, Settled, Import LC - Presentation Received, Import LC - Presentation Accepted, or Import LC - Presentation Settled. Each notification type is created individually.
For each customer base number, select the check boxes to the left of your available delivery channels to indicate how you would like to receive this notification. Note: Regardless of the delivery channels selected, all notifications are also posted to our Web site at www.citidirect.com.
Click Submit. Your selected notification subscriptions appear in the My Subscriptions for: Import Bills section. When the registration and subscription information is successfully processed, a confirmation of service message appears in the Notification History section of our Web site at www.citidirect.com.
