New, modified, and deleted export profiles may require authorization based on Flow Control requirements. Export Profiles may be authorized from the Authorization Req'd Tab or the Export Profile Detail From.
From the Authorization Req'd Tab:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Export Profile. The Export Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Authorization Req'd Tab. All export profiles with an "Authorization Required" or "Delete Authorization Required" status that you are entitled to authorize appear. Note: If you created, modified, or deleted an export profile, you cannot authorize it.
Select an export profile. To select multiple export profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Authorize.

Click Reject to indicate that the export profile must be repaired. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for rejecting the export profile, and then click OK. Note: If multiple export profiles were selected, you must enter the same reason for all export profiles. If the same reason does not apply, select and return each export profile individually.
From the Export Profile Detail Form:
From the Authorization Req'd Tab, select the export profile you want to authorize. To select multiple export profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected profile appear on the Export Profile Detail Form.
Review the export profile details and click Authorize. If multiple export profiles were selected, the next selected export profile appears.
If you do not want to authorize a profile, click Next to view and authorize the next selected export profile. When the detail form contains the details of the last selected profile, click Authorize or Next to return to the summary form.
