To repair and resubmit an export profile

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Export Profile.  The Export Profile Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Repair Req'd Tab.  All export profiles with a "Repair Req'd" status are listed.

  3. Select the export profile to be repaired.  When repairing profiles it is best to select each profile individually.

  4. Click Other Options and then click View Comments.  The Comments dialog box appears.

  5. Review any comments and click OK to close the dialog box.

  6. Click Go to Details.  The Export Profile Detail Form appears.

  7. Make any necessary repairs on the detail form and click Save.  You are returned to the Repair Required Tab.

  8. Select the repaired profile and then click Submit.  The profile is treated as new and subject to Flow Control requirements.
