CitiDirect Service Class that allows you to define specific data sets as a file and export (transfer) those files over secure Internet connections from Citibank to a specific location. With Export Custom Format you can select specific data elements, modify their field size, and select a range of characteristics to apply to the file to be exported.
To use Export Custom Format, click Maintenance on the CitiDirect navigation bar and then click Export Custom Format Definition. The Export Custom Format Summary Form appears.
