BAI Type Code Library:  Input Tab

The BAI Type Code Library:  Input Tab lists all library profiles to which you are entitled.  These library profiles are used to translate Bank Administration Institute (BAI) Transaction code Descriptions to BAI type codes in exported files.  The default library contains 250 BAI default transaction descriptions and CR/DR codes.  You have the option of using the library as is or editing the codes as needed.  Use this tab to enter new profiles, or to modify, review or delete existing library profiles.

• Add a profile to the BAI Type Code Library

• Copy an existing library profile

• Delete selected library profiles

• Modify or repair an existing library profile

• Search or sort the library list to find library profiles

• Print a summary list of selected library profiles

Notes: 

• You maintain all records in this library.

• To view error messages for a library profile, select the profile, click Other Options and then click View Error Messages.

• To refresh the list of profiles with the most recent data, click Other Options, and then click Update Screen.
