From the Input Tab, select the library profiles you want to delete. To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for deleting the profile and click OK. Note: If you are deleting multiple profiles, you must enter the same reason. If the same reason does not apply, select and delete library profiles individually.
If you would like to view the details of a profile before deleting it, click Go to Details. The details of the first selected library profile appear on the FI FX Spread Detail Form.
To delete an individual spread, select the spread and then click Delete. A Warning dialog box appears. Click Yes to confirm.
Click Next to view the details of each selected FI FX library profile. When the details form contains the details of the last selected library profile, click Next to return to the summary form.
Note:
Based on Flow Control requirements, the deletion of a library profile may have to be authorized to be effective.
