To access related information, CitiDirect Online Help provides the following navigation components:
Hyperlinks appear as colored, underlined text. When you click a hyperlink, a new topic appears in the help window.
Pop-ups appear as colored, underlined text. Although they appear the same as Hyperlinks, when you click a pop-up, additional information for the current topic appears in a pop-up window. Click here for a sample of a pop-up.
Related Topics are clickable buttons that provide you with a menu of topics related to the information contained in the current help window. Click the Related Topics button, make a selection from the menu, and the topic appears in the help window.

Drop-down hotspots are specially formatted text or images that, when clicked, expand to display additional information in a drop-down list. In CitiDirect Help, a dual down arrow is often used to indicate a drop-down hotspot.

Many topics include drop-down hotspots. You will often find drop-down hotspots in topics where a series of steps are involved.
Drop down hotspots provide a quick way for you to get information about performing tasks, without having to do a lot of scrolling. Just click the hotspots you want to read.
To contract the hotspot, click the dual arrow again.
Expanding hotspots are specially formatted text that, when clicked, expand to display additional information. Click here for a sample of an expanding hotspot.
Notes:
To view the previous topic, click Back on the toolbar. New requests for Help from the main application window will reset the Back button functionality. However, the previously viewed topics history is available by clicking the Back button drop-down arrow.
To view the next topic in a previously displayed sequence of topics, click Forward on the toolbar.
To view the toolbar in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Standard Buttons. A check mark appears.
