The Account Statement Inquiry retrieves a summary of all booked movements of a defined account. You can retrieve information on all booked movements for a Branch, Customer Number, Account, or any combination. Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.
Notes:
There are two options for viewing information: Page View and Split View.
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

To specify search criteria and submit an Account Statement Inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries. Click Cash Statement Inquiries and then click Account Statement Inquiry. The Account Statement Inquiry summary form appears.
Click the Criteria Tab. Note: The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.
In the Branch Number field, if you want to find information for a specific branch, enter the complete branch number or click the Library Look-Up button and select a branch number. When you select the branch number from the library list, the branch name field is automatically populated.
In the Customer Number field, if you want to find information for a specific customer number, enter the complete customer number or click the Library Look-Up button and select a customer number. When you select the customer number from the library list, the customer name field is automatically populated.
In the Account Number field, if you want to find information for a specific account number, enter the complete account number or click the Library Look-Up button and select an account number.
In the Account Group equals field, if you want to find information for a specific account group, click the Library Look-Up button and select an account group.
To submit this inquiry, you must specify at least one of the fields listed above. If you want to retrieve information for a specific date or date range, click the drop-down arrow in the Statement Date from field and select a date range. To find information for a specific date, enter the same date in both fields.
In the Cheques equals field, click the drop-down arrow if you want to change the default from "Include Cheques."
In the By Order Of/Beneficiary contains field, enter check requester or cheque recipient.
Click Submit. The Account Statement Inquiry is run and the results appear on the Account Statement Inquiry: Summary Tab.
Notes:
To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print and click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
To submit a new inquiry, click Clear Criteria, enter new search criteria, and click Submit.
