Account Statement Inquiry: Details Tab

The Details Tab is used to view detailed information pertaining to specific booked movements of an account selected on the Account Statement Inquiry: Summary Tab.

The top portion of this tab contains the following account information. Click on an underlined term for a description.

Legal Text
Account Number
Account Name
Amount
Branch Number
Customer Number
Value Date
Currency
Branch Name
Customer Name
Statement Date
Entry Date
Bank Name
Customer Reference
Bank Reference
IBAN Number (Note: for European branches only)

The summary form in the lower portion of the tab contains additional transaction details depending on the product type. Click on one off the following product types to view the detail fields.

Notes:

To sort the summary form, position the mouse pointer in the heading of the column containing the data you want to sort and click. All records in that column are sorted in ascending order.
Click the multiple line button to view all information in a field.
At the bottom left side of the tab, the Run Date and Time of the inquiry are provided, indicating the date and time this inquiry was performed.
To return to the Account Statement Inquiry: Summary Tab, click Return to Summary.
To view detailed information for the next selected account, click Next. When the details of the last selected account have been viewed, click Next to return to the Account Statement Inquiry: Summary Tab.
To print detailed information for the current account, click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
