Incremental Account Statement Inquiry:  Criteria Tab

The Incremental Account Statement Inquiry retrieves current account statement data.  The inquiry always runs for the current date.  The first time the inquiry is run each day, it returns the opening balance and any intra-day transactions received.  The next time the inquiry is run by the same user, it shows transactions that have posted since the last time the inquiry was run.  Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.

Notes:

To specify search criteria and submit an Incremental Account Statement Inquiry:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries.  Click Cash Statement Inquiries and then click Incremental Account Statement Inquiry.  The Incremental Account Statement Inquiry summary form appears.

  2. Click the Criteria Tab.  Note:  The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.

  3. In the Branch Number field, enter the complete branch number(s) or click the Library Look-Up button to select a branch number(s).

  4. In the Account Number field, enter the complete account number(s) or click the Library Look-Up button to select an account number(s).

  5. In the Account Group field, enter a description of the account group(s).  If no data is entered, the inquiry will not retrieve account group information.

  6. Click Submit.  The Inquiry is run and the results appear on the Incremental Account Statement Inquiry:  Incremental History Tab.
