The Transaction Summary Inquiry retrieves a summary of all transactions across an account or branch, by product type. Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.
Notes:
There are two options for viewing information: Page View and Split View.
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

To specify search criteria and submit a Transaction Summary Inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries. Click Cash Statement Inquiries and then click Transaction Summary Inquiry. The Transaction Summary Inquiry summary form appears.
Click the Criteria Tab. Note: The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.
In the Branch Number field, enter the complete branch number or click the Library Look-Up button and select a branch number.
In the Account Number field, enter the complete account number or click the Library Look-Up button and select an account number.
To submit this inquiry, you must enter criteria in the Branch Number or Account Number field, but not necessarily both. If you want more specific inquiry results, enter criteria in any of the following optional criteria fields: Customer Number, Account Group, Amount From - To, Transaction Description, Debit/Credit, Transaction Currency, Bank Reference, Customer Reference, or Cheques.
The Value Date field defaults to the current date. To find information for transactions with value dates that fall within a specific date range, click the drop-down arrow and select dates for the from and to fields. If you want to find transaction with a specific value date, enter the same date in both fields.
Click Submit. The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Transaction Summary Inquiry: Summary Tab.
Notes:
To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print and click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
To submit a new inquiry, click Clear Criteria, enter new search criteria, and click Submit.
