The Account Position Inquiry shows the position of an account as of statement date for the previous business day. The information will refer to the initial balance of that day, the late transfers, and its average data. There are no data retention requirements for this inquiry; there will be a daily feed per each statement date overwriting the previous statement date feed. Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.
Notes:
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

To specify search criteria and submit an Account Position Inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries. Click Latin America Inquiries and then click Account Position Inquiry. The Account Position Inquiry summary form appears.
Click the Criteria Tab. Note: The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.
To submit this inquiry, you must enter criteria either in the Branch Number and/or Customer Number fields. If you want more specific inquiry results, enter information in the Account Number field.
Click Submit. The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Account Position Inquiry: Summary Tab.
Notes:
To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
To submit a new inquiry, click Clear Criteria, enter new search criteria, and click Submit.
