Zero Balance Inquiry:  Criteria Tab

The Zero Balance Inquiry contains all zero balance detailed information for main accounts and sub accounts with their corresponding total amounts of debits, credits, and net balance.  Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.

Notes:

To specify search criteria and submit a Zero Balance Inquiry:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries.  Click Latin America Inquiries and then click Zero Balance Inquiry.  The Zero Balance Inquiry summary form appears.

  2. Click the Criteria Tab.  Note:  The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.

  3. To submit this inquiry, you must enter criteria in the Branch Number and/or Customer Number fields.

  4. If you want more specific inquiry results, enter criteria in either of the following optional criteria fields:  Concentrating Account Number and/or Date.

  5. Click Submit.  The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Zero Balance Inquiry:  Summary Tab.
