Transaction Float Summary Inquiry:  Criteria Tab

The Transaction Float Summary Inquiry shows a summary of transactions that contain float information.  Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.

Notes:

To specify search criteria and submit a Transaction Float Summary Inquiry:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries.  Click Transaction Float Summary Inquiry.  The Transaction Float Summary Inquiry summary form appears.

  2. Click the Criteria Tab.  Note:  A red asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field.  The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.

  3. In the Branch, Customer, Account Number, Account Group fields, enter the appropriate information or click the Library Look-Up button and select a Branch, Customer, Account Number and Account Group.

  4. If you want to retrieve information for a specific date or date range, click the drop-down arrow in the Statement Date, Entry Date, and/or Value Date fields and select a date range.

  5. In the Amount field, enter the amount range.  If no amount range is entered, the default is All.

  6. In the Debit/Credit field, click on the drop-down arrow and select D (Debits only), C (Credits only), or B (Both).

  7. In the Product Type and Transaction Description fields, enter the appropriate information or click the Library Look-Up button to make the appropriate selection.

  8. Click Submit.  The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Transaction Float Summary Inquiry:  Summary Tab.
