The Client Linkage Inquiry lets you view information about link relationships that exist between different clients. The result of this inquiry will show links to and from the client you are currently in. In addition, the results list Access Profiles to which users across the linked clients have been entitled. Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.
Notes:
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

To specify search criteria and submit a Client Linkage Inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries. Click Access Management Inquiries and then click Client Linkage Inquiry. The Client Linkage Inquiry summary form appears.
Click the Criteria Tab. Note: A red asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field.
In the Client Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select from the available list.
Click Submit. The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Client Linkage Inquiry: Summary Tab.

To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
