A liquidity structure used to consolidate funds from multiple local depository bank accounts to allow money to be aggregated for better funds management.
The balances within the account structure do physically move and are concentrated in a header account.
As an option in some regions, the balances within the sub accounts in the structure are automatically restored to their pre-movement value prior to the next business day.
Note:
Concentration is also referred to as Zero Balancing and/or Target Balancing.
