How Decimal fields should be formatted.  Possible choices include:

• Mandatory Decimal Point

• Option Decimal Point

• 9.9

• 9.99

• 9.999

• 9.9999

• 9V9

• 9V99

• 9V999

• 9V9999

Note:  Decimal formats with a V indicate that a certain number of characters must follow the decimal point.
