Getting Help  

Click the   on the bottom of the CitiDirect navigation bar to access help menu options:

• Click Online Help for context-sensitive help.  A help window containing information specific to the active CitiDirect form appears.  Click Show Contents in the upper right of the Online Help window.  The window splits into two panes.  The left pane contains the Online Help Table of Contents and the button label changes to Hide Contents.  Click Hide Contents to hide the Table of Contents and expand the help topic to fill the entire Online Help window.
