The persons responsible for managing client security, which includes:
Setting and maintaining configuration parameters.
Enacting security measures, including maintaining access to the software and monitoring software events.
Performing troubleshooting activities.
Serving as liaison with Citibank on matters concerning CitiDirect.
Notes:
Based on the selections made in "How will security be managed?," the number of security managers that must be identified on the Contacts Tab varies:
If Client Only is selected, two (2) client Security Contacts are required.
If Citibank Only is selected, no client Security Contacts are required.
If Citibank/Client is selected, one (1) client Security Contact is required.
Each client must be authorized and activated before Security Managers may access CitiDirect.
Security Managers do not have to be on site, but they must have access to CitiDirect.
