If the "Variable Length" Layout Option has been specified by selecting the check box at the top of the Builder form, the "Tagged" column of the File Export Elements Grid control will be disabled. All other columns will be enabled. If the field length of a given data element placed in the output file causes it to overlap the "starting position" of another data element (as specified in the FILE Export Elements Window), each succeeding element will be placed or inserted to the right , by whatever degree of offset necessary, of its intended Start Position.
