Library Maintenance Summary Form

The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears when you select Library Maintenance in the Maintenance category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.  This form lists the service class, name, and description of all libraries to which you are entitled.  Your Access Profile and Solution Package define the availability of libraries and your access to them.

To select a library:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance.  The Libraries Maintenance Summary Form appears.  All libraries that you are entitled to see are listed, by service class.

  2. Select a library.  If necessary, click Search to find a specific library.

  3. Click OK.  The form for the selected library appears.
