Preformat Library:  Input Tab

The Preformat Library:  Input Tab lists all existing preformats.  Use this tab to add new preformats to the Preformat Library, or to modify, repair, delete, and view detailed information for existing preformats.

CitiDirect allows you to create four different types of preformats:  Beneficiary, Full, Restricted Template, or Template for either incoming or outgoing preformats.

What would you like to do?

• Add a new preformat to the Preformat Library

• Delete selected library profiles

• Modify or repair an existing library profiles

• Select library profiles and view detailed information

• Search or sort the library list to find a library profile

• Print a summary list of selected library profiles

Notes:

• Records in this library are private and maintained by you.

• If you want Citibank to maintain this data for you, a Citibank staff member can be given privileges to access preformat data for maintenance purposes.

• Full Preformats are required when you want to enter payments directly on the Payment Summary Form:  Input Tab using the quick entry method.

• To refresh the list of profiles with the most recent data, click Other Options, and then click Update Screen.
