To delete a Cheque Number Maintenance Library profile

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance.  The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears.  All libraries to which you are entitled are listed by service class.

  2. Select the Cheque Number Maintenance library, and then click OK.  The Cheque Number Maintenance Summary Form appears.  Note:  To find the Cheque Number Library quickly, click Search.

  3. Click the Input Tab, and then click New.  The Cheque Number Maintenance Detail Form appears.  Note:  A red asterisk ( * ) indicates required fields.

  4. Select the library profiles you want to delete.  To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.  Note:  You may only delete profiles in which the range indicator is "Retired."

  5. Click Delete.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for deleting the profile and click OK.  Note:  If you are deleting multiple profiles, you must enter the same reason.  If the same reason does not apply, select and delete library profiles individually.

  6. If you would like to view the details of a profile before deleting it, click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected library profile appear on the detail form.  Click Delete.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for deleting the current profile and click OK to close the dialog box.  The details of the next selected profile appear.  Note:  If you do not want to delete the current library profile, click Next to view the details of the next profile.  When the details form contains the details of the last selected library profile, clicking Next or Delete returns you to the summary form.
