In the Related Documents Dialog box, select a document. To select multiple documents, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select lines that are not sequential. Click Retrieve.
The Related Documents Dialog box will be updated to reflect the availability of the requested document. Select a document and click View Status Details to view the retrieval status details of the selected report. You may also scroll to the right of the Related Documents Dialog box to view the status of the image retrieval.
CitiDirect locates and retrieves the imaged documents and performs the necessary actions to ready them for viewing. Any document locally cached should be fully retrieves in less than 5 seconds. Any document remotely housed should be fully retrieved in less than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, an error message explaining the cause of delay will be displayed. There will also be a longer response time for items over two months old.
The retrieval status column will change from Waiting to Retrieving to Available or Unavailable or Temp Unavailable.
To view the image of a scanned document with an "Available" status, select the document and then click View. An image of the document appears in a separate browser window. To view multiple document images, repeat for each "Available" document. Note: You may need to use the scroll bars to view the entire document image.
Notes:
To view the details of the scanned document, select it, and then click Details. The Details Dialog box appears.
To print the Related Documents dialog box or Details Dialog box, click Print.
To print the retrieved document image, click the printer icon. "Non Negotiable Imaged Copy" will appear as a watermark on every page.
To save the retrieved document image as a PDF file, click on the Save As icon.
To exit, click Close.
