To restore a deleted import map

In order to restore deleted import maps, you must change the default search criteria to enable viewing of import maps with a "Deleted" status.

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Map Management.  The Import Map Management Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input/Modify Tab.  All import maps with a status of "Input" or "Processed" are listed.

  3. Click Other Options, and then click Search.  The Search Definition Dialog box appears.

  4. In the Map Status field, click the drop-down arrow and select the Equals operator and ensure that Deleted is selected.

  5. Click Run Search.  The Input/Modify Tab, listing import maps with a "Deleted" status, appears.

  6. Select the import map you want to restore.  To select multiple import maps, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  7. Click Undo Delete.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for restoring the import map.  If multiple import maps were selected, the same reason applies to all selected maps. If the same reason does not apply, select and restore each import map individually.  Note:  If any of the selected import maps is in use by an import profile, an additional warning dialog box appears.

  8. Click OK.
