Deleting a standard import map makes it unavailable to all users. Deleted standard maps may be restored by using the Undo Delete button on the Input/Modify Form.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Map Management. The Import Map Management Summary Form appears.
Click the Internal Operations Tab. All standard import maps are listed.
Select the standard import map(s) that you would like to delete. To select multiple maps, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential. Note: To perform a search for a specific standard import map, click Other Options and then click Search.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected import map appears on the Import Map Detail Form.
Click Delete Standard Map. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for deleting the import map. Note: If the import map selected for deletion is referenced in an import profiles with a status of "Active" or "Authorization Required," a dialog box listing those import profiles appears.
Click OK. If multiple import maps were selected, the next selected import map appears. Once the last import map is deleted, clicking OK returns you to the Internal Operations Tab.
Notes:
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
To move to the next import map and leave the current one unchanged, click Next.
To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form. For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.
To print the information shown, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and then click Print.
