On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Profile. The Import Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify or Repair Req'd Tab. All available import profiles are listed.
Select the import profile you want to delete. To select multiple import profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for deleting the import profile and click OK. If multiple import profiles were selected, you must enter the same reason for all import profiles. If the same reason does not apply, select and delete each import profile individually.
Notes:
Import profiles with an "Active" status move to the Authorization Req'd Tab with a status of "Delete Authorization Required," if specified by Flow Control requirements.
Import Profiles with a status of "Input," "Test Required," or "Repair Required" are moved to the View Tab with a status of "Deleted." Deleted Import Profiles cannot be recovered.
