To delete a standard custom format

Deleting a standard custom format makes it permanently unavailable to all users.

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Custom Format.  The Import Custom Format Summary Form appears.

2. Click the Internal Operations Tab.  All standard import formats are listed.

3. Select the standard import format(s) that you would like to delete.  To select multiple standard import formats, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.  Note:  To perform a search for a specific standard import format, click Other Options and the click Search.  The Search Definition Dialog box appears.

4. Click Go to Details.  The detail form for the first standard import format appears.

5. Click Delete Standard Format.  A Confirmation dialog box appears.

6. Click Yes.  The next selected standard format appears.

7. Repeat steps 5-6 for all the import format that you have selected for deletion.  When the last standard format is deleted, you are returned to the Internal Operations Tab.

Notes:

• To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.

• To move to the next import map and leave the current one unchanged, click Next.

• To print the details of the current import map, click Print.
