File Import User Library:  Input Tab

The File Import User Library: Input Tab lists all library profiles to which you are entitled.  These library profiles are used when you specify a Lookup Rule when building Rule Sets for importing files.  Use this tab to enter new profiles, or to modify, review or delete existing library profiles.

Use this library to store field values that CitiDirect does not accept, which are contained in files to be imported.  Profiles in this library identify those field values and specify the CitiDirect field value to which they should be mapped.  For example, in MTMS file formats, the branch code is an eight alphanumeric character field.  This field might have the value CITIBUCH to identify the Bucharest Citibank branch.  To import a file with this information into CitiDirect, you must translate "CITIBUCH" to the three character branch code "808," which CitiDirect accepts as the Bucharest branch.

• You maintain all records in this library.

• To view error messages for a library profile, select the profile, click Other Options and then click View Error Messages.

• To refresh the list of profiles with the most recent data, click Other Options, and then click Update Screen.
