The To Do tab lists items in your workflow queue that require action on your part before they can be processed by Citibank. The origin of each message appears in the From column, along with any related Comments, Priority, and Status.
Use the To Do Tab to quickly access the CitiDirect service class needed to successfully process each item listed.
To act on an item on the summary list:
From the summary list, select the item you want to act on and then click Go To.
—OR—
Double-click the item.
The CitiDirect form needed to act on the selected item appears and the appropriate process tab is active. For example, if you select payments to authorize, the Authorization Req'd Tab of the Payments Summary Form appears in the CitiDirect workspace.
Note:
To refresh the summary list with the most recent data, click Update Screen.
