The Term Deposit Details retrieves details for a single deposit placed with Citibank. Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.
Notes:
There are two options for viewing information: Page View and Split View.
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

You must know the Bank Reference Number
To specify search criteria and submit this inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar and click Inquiries. Click Investments, Term Deposits and then click Deposit Details. The Criteria Tab of the Term Deposit Details summary form appears.
In the Customer Base Number field, enter the complete customer number or click the Library Look-Up button and select a customer number. When you select the customer number from the library list, the Branch field is automatically populated.
You must specify the Bank Reference Number. If you do not know the Bank Reference Number, use the Term Deposit Summary Inquiry to get a summary of all of your term deposits with Citibank.
Click Submit. The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Summary Form at the bottom of the page.
Notes:
To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
To submit a new inquiry, click Clear Criteria, enter new search criteria, and click Submit.
