The Summary Tab contains the results of your Check Status Inquiry. Detailed information for each record is available on the Check Status Inquiry: Detail Tab.
The top portion of the tab displays the following information. Click on an underlined term for a description.
The bottom portion of the tab displays the following check information. Click on an underlined term for a description.
Notes:
If the inquiry returned more than 400 rows, click More to view additional checks.
To refresh the summary list with the most recent data, click Update Screen.
To view detailed check information, select a check and click Go to Details. To select multiple checks, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines.
At the bottom left side of the tab, the Run Date and Time of the inquiry are provided, indicating the date and time this inquiry was performed.
To print detailed information for the current check, click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.
CitiDirect offers a quick sort. Once all records have been retrieved, position the mouse pointer in the heading of the column containing the data you want to sort and click. All records listed are sorted in ascending order, according to the data in that column.
If you attempt to sort a column by clicking on its heading and you receive the following message: "Cannot sort until all the rows have been retrieved," scroll to the last record on the summary form to ensure that all records have been retrieved.
